DENIMISH – Return & Exchange Policy

At DENIMISH, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy to ensure you shop with confidence. Please read the following terms carefully:

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• The tags and tickets must not be removed.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Worn, altered, or damaged items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refund & Deductions:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders : In case of a return, 4% sales tax and delivery charges will be deducted.
• Online Prepaid Orders : Only delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed within 15 days subject to product availability.
• If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, a store credit or refund (as per above terms) will be provided.

Important Notes:

DENIMISH reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
